These Terms govern use of https://superdesigntech.com and all services provided by Super Design Tech (Pune, India), including CAD modeling, FEA, CFD, product development, and related engineering services.

1. Services & Agreements

Services are provided per written quote/proposal or separate service agreement (scope, fees, timeline, deliverables). These Terms apply to the extent not contradicted by project-specific agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

• You own all input materials you provide.
• Upon full payment, we assign ownership or grant perpetual license to deliverables (as specified in quote).
• We retain rights to general tools, templates, methodologies.

3. Payment & Fees

Payment terms as per quote/invoice (e.g.Full payment on delivery). Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties treat project information as confidential and do not disclose without consent (except legal requirement).

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific project. No liability for indirect, consequential, lost profits, or business interruption damages.

6. Governing Law

Governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

7. Termination & Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use = acceptance.
